OneNorth has been designed to be in harmony with Bayside’s recently completed Comprehensive Plan. Potential for further development in Bayside is limited, and the OneNorth development represents an opportunity to make a thoughtful and long-term contribution to the community.
The elevated architecture and lush landscaping will be beautiful on their own, but they will also enhance nearby properties, which helps maintain high property values for Village residents. We call that a true win-win.

In addition to boutique venues, our meticulously manicured plaza will center OneNorth. This community green space will be a welcoming, bustling space where friends and family can gather for coffee, walk the grounds, read a book, work out, shop the stores, or simply relax. OneNorth will curate local, authentic restaurants, including those offering health and convenient choices for all ages.
